Return Policy

BelleNew accepts all returns of unworn, unwashed, unused and not damaged merchandise with hang tag and disposable seal bag.  We do not accept any return with makeup stain and in contact with perfume. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and receive a RMA number. Please fill out the The return form that came with your shipment, noting the RMA# in the upper right hand corner. 

To receive a full refund for your Item(s), please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@bellenew.com
Please add support@bellenew.com to your address book to ensure our message gets to you and not your junk mail folder.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's Paypal-ID. customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Important notes:
1. Item should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number
2. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same package to ensure your return is processed correctly and as quickly as possible.
3. Items should be sent with packaging that ensure they are protected in transit and sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. cashmere-shopping is not responsible for lost packages if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
4. Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the completed "Return Form" with RMA #. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.)
5. Mail the package to: cashmere-shopping  PO BOX XXXX, El Monte, CA XXXXX U.S.A.

It's free to exchange items for a different size but not color.  To exchange an item, please specify the new size on the return and exchange form that was send with your order and follow the instructions above.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a new style, we suggest that you return it for refund or store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories APO/FPO and international addresses.

Late Returns

Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request. Late RMA request and returns outside these time frames are accepted at the discretion of cashmere-shopping and may only be refunded as a store credit. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the order date on your invoice. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days may also be granted at our discretion.

Final Sales


All sales, jewelry and items marked as "Sale" are final. We do not accept exchange, credit, refunds for Final Sale items.

If you do not have the Return and Exchange form,  you can also return with the following information : bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
If the Return and Exchange form or the order information is not sent in with your return, you'll be credited the current price of the item in the form of cashmere-shopping credit.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. cashmere-shopping is not responsible for any lost packages. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.


Return to Sender Policy

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will try to contact you with email to the address that you have listed on your order form. Once we hear from you, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and billed at the shipping method by your original order. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may select to have your purchase(s) refunded. If we do not hear back from you after our second contact attempt, it is our store policy to restock the returned goods.


Shipping & Handling

You will receive your order within 5 to 9 business days once your order is processed.  Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. There is an additional $5.00 shipping charge for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.  Our standard for those destination is priority mail through EMS Postal Service.
